The rules for using the Kauflist free beta.

1. Provider

2. Service
Kauflist lets users save product links, organise wishes, compare products, and use sharing features. Retailer information can be incomplete or user-entered. Unless an official API and timestamp are shown, prices are not live and must be confirmed with the retailer.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and use the service lawfully. You remain responsible for product links and content you add. We may restrict abusive, unlawful, automated, or security-threatening use.
4. Free beta
Kauflist is currently provided without charge. No payment is collected and no subscription is created. Beta features and reasonable usage conditions may change; we will update these terms before introducing any paid service.
5. Availability and liability
We work to keep Kauflist available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, retailer availability, price accuracy, or that a third-party product is suitable. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
